EXPERTISE: Flooring & Internal Cladding; Technical Design; 2D & 3D Software.

Design and installation of cladding. Installation of natural stone flooring used in a high quality office building.

STAGES: Project coordination, technical design and construction. (UK RIBA stages 4 & 5).

DESCRIPTION:

At Harrison Goldman Studio, I was part of the design and coordination team for the Tenant 2 reception of 5 Bank Street, a 27-storey commercial and office development in Canary Wharf.

In this job we were focused on the coordination of several subcontractors, working together with Commercial Stone Ltd. and Canary Wharf Contractors.

I worked in the design and detailing of a bespoke, light-weight painted mild steel sub-structure that have to save heights of up to 12 meters. 

 Personally, it was a great opportunity that allowed me to have a better understanding of the difficulties of the works on site. Also, we did a good job on detailing and co-ordinating construction, fire protection and materials between others.
